Management team
Grant Sommerville brings a wealth of knowledge across the property industry with 10 years of experience in Dubai as a real estate broker behind him. Grant previously worked with some of Dubai's top firms obtaining crucial experience and a wide network. Grant made the decision to launch XO after identifying gaps in the market in how his customers could be served. As a co-founder and the CEO of XO, Grant manages the strategy and vision of the company as well as continuing to serve his clients in property sales.

Jennifer began her career in real estate in 2010 as a junior negotiator for a large UK organization. From there she progressed to a senior sales position and over the past 12 years has undertaken an exciting journey through real estate from selling land in the UK to running an online property business. With her deep knowledge of the property sector, a proven track record and her digital experience she now takes the next step as the Managing Director of XO. Jennifer runs the day-to-day operations liaising with clients and brokers and ensuring the organization runs smoothly and efficiently.

Endi, originally from Latvia, joins XO from both a hospitality and a tech background. She moved to Dubai 8 years ago joining a food tech unicorn where she progressed to the Regional Marketing Manager. Endi 'treats her clients as she would like to be treated' and strives to offer an honest, knowledgeable, professional and punctual service. Endi is a proud mum and has a side business providing catering for social and corporate events. When Endi isn't selling property you will find her in the kitchen, the garden, or spending time with her family.

Eoin is our rental specialist in the villa communities of Jumeirah Park and Jumeirah Islands. As a co-owner of a property investment and development business in the UK he has overseen various property projects from kitchen and bathroom refurbishments to full house renovations. This gives Eoin an attention to detail unmatched by your typical broker.
He joined XO with a wealth of knowledge from the UK rental market and is passionate about finding the right opportunities for his clients with a fully transparent client service. Like a few of the XO staff, you might catch Eoin also on the golf course now and again.

Sanoj joins XO with 8 years of experience in accounting. After completing a Masters Degree in Commerce, Finance and Taxation Sanoj relocated to the UAE with his family where he has worked for several large organisations. Previously working with large Healthcare companies, Sanoj joined us where he is in control of all things finance at XO. Sanoj is a vital cog in our machine ensuring compliance, managing credit control and engaging with our customers and vendors.

Ellaine is one of our most vital members of staff. Day-to-day Ellaine helps the company move forward by providing support to the whole organisation, but in particular helping our brokers manage their huge workload. Ellaine graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Tourism Management where she quickly moved into the Airline Industry. Since moving to Dubai in 2015 she has worked in the Real Estate & Development space. Her passion is giving excellent customer service.
